Dance Class Facilitator (Freelance – After School Clubs)
SE17 Monday, Wednesday or Thursday | 3:30–4:30pm
£30–£35 per session (depending on experience)
About the Role
Lively Sprout is looking for an energetic and creative Dance Facilitator to deliver engaging after-school sessions for primary-aged children (5–11 years), starting September. This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about working with children and can bring fun, structure, and confidence-building through dance.
What You'll Do
- Deliver fun and engaging dance sessions (e.g. commercial, street, creative dance)
- Teach basic routines, coordination, and movement skills
- Create a positive, inclusive and energetic environment
- Support children in building confidence and self-expression
- Manage behaviour effectively in a group setting
What We're Looking For
- Experience working with children or young people
- Strong dance background (any style – commercial, street, hip hop, etc.)
- Confident leading a group independently
- Reliable, punctual, and professional
- Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one)
