What you’ll do
- Deliver person-centred care in the client’s home or community.
- Implement treatment plans, administer medication, and provide therapeutic care.
- Support with daily living, mobility, and personal care needs.
- Assist with eating and drinking, ensuring nutritional and hydration needs are met.
- Maintain accurate records, including MAR charts and care plan updates.
- Promote independence while ensuring safety and wellbeing.
- Always work with empathy, honesty, and integrity.
Specialist skills (desirable)
- Tracheostomy
- Vent
- PEG feeding
- Oral/nasal suctioning
- Gastrostomy / enteral feeding
- Meds Management
- Comprehensive knowledge of learning disabilities and behaviour presentation
About you
- Minimum 1 year’s experience in home care (required).
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
- Caring, compassionate, and professional.
- Able to commit to regular, flexible hours.
- Driving licence desirable.
