We're now recruiting a Compliance & Assurance Surveyor (Operations) to join our Operations Safety & Compliance Team.
Through assurance-based auditing and compliance monitoring, you'll contribute to maintaining the highest standards of regulatory compliance, safety, operational performance and continuous improvement across our airline. You'll also provide oversight of third-party service providers, ACMI partners and contracted organisations, helping to ensure consistent compliance throughout our operation.
This role offers a varied working environment, with regular travel across our UK and European network, Head Office and Training Centre locations. Travel may sometimes be required at short notice.

What you’ll be doing:

Conduct operational audits across Jet2.com locations throughout the UK and Europe, as well as Head Office and Training Centre sites.

Carry out oversight audits of third-party suppliers, contracted service providers and airline partners, supporting the continued compliance of Jet2.com's AOC, ATO and FSTD approvals.

Review and enhance audit processes, procedures and checklists, contributing to the ongoing development of the Compliance & Assurance Manual, company procedures and our Safety Management System, SafetyHub.

Produce clear audit reports, identify opportunities for improvement and support operational teams in driving compliance and best practice.

Respond to compliance and assurance queries from across the business, promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
What you’ll have:
We're looking for a highly organised and detail-focused aviation professional with a passion for safety, compliance and operational excellence. You’ll have:

Sound knowledge of UK Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) regulations.

An understanding of EASA regulations and IATA industry best practice, including AHM and IGOM.

Recent airline operational experience.
-
Experience of, or a strong understanding of, compliance monitoring and audit activities.

Knowledge of Airline Safety Management Systems.
-
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.

A full UK Driving Licence.
