Night Hygiene Operative – Corby

Pay: £14.00 per hour
Shift: Nights – 5 nights out of 7

We are looking for dependable and hardworking Hygiene Operatives to join our team at a busy food production site in Corby.
You will play an important part in keeping the workplace clean, safe and ready for the next production shift. This is a hands-on position where teamwork, reliability and attention to detail are highly valued.
Your Duties
- Clean production areas and equipment after manufacturing operations.
- Follow cleaning schedules and company hygiene standards.
- Work safely and correctly use the required PPE.
- Make sure cleaning tasks are completed to the required standard.
- Work closely with other members of the hygiene and production teams.
- Report damaged equipment, safety concerns or hygiene issues to your supervisor.
- Help maintain a clean, organised and safe working environment.
- Be flexible and support the wider team when required.
What We Are Looking For
- Reliable and punctual people who are comfortable working night shifts.
- A positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team.
- Good attention to detail.
- Ability to follow instructions and workplace procedures.
- Previous cleaning or food manufacturing experience is an advantage, but training may be provided.
