After School Club Manager
We’re looking for a fun, friendly, positive and professional After School Club Manager to lead our after school provision at Uplands Primary School & Nursery in Sandhurst.
At In2Care, our wraparound provision provides high-quality care for primary-aged children in a safe, engaging and nurturing environment after the school day. We pride ourselves on building excellent relationships with our children, families, school staff and wider community.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about working with children and enjoys creating a fun, welcoming environment where children can relax, play and thrive. As an After School Club Manager, you will take ownership of the day-to-day running of the club, supporting your team to deliver engaging activities and ensuring children receive the highest standard of care.
You will be responsible for leading sessions, supporting staff, managing behaviour positively and creating an environment where children feel valued, confident and included. You will have the opportunity to bring your own ideas and creativity to the provision, balancing both child-led play and structured activities.

Days: Monday – Friday (Term-Time Only)

After School Club: 3:00pm – 6:00pm

Additional hours and overtime may be available during school holidays.
Requirements of the After School Club Manager:
- Experience working with primary-aged children.
- Experience leading or supporting a team.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- A positive, caring and enthusiastic attitude.
- Confidence managing groups of children and promoting positive behaviour.
- Ability to create a safe, fun and engaging environment.
- Ability to plan and deliver a range of activities that support children's interests and development.
- Strong understanding of safeguarding and child protection.
- Ability to build positive relationships with children, families, school staff and colleagues.
- A team player who is reliable and committed to providing excellent childcare.
Ideally You Will Also Have:
- A relevant childcare qualification (Level 2/3 desirable).
- Previous experience managing a wraparound care, club or childcare setting.
- Paediatric First Aid qualification.
- Safeguarding training.
- Food Hygiene qualification.
- Experience supporting children with additional needs/SEND.
