Clear Smiles Wolverhampton is looking for a professional, personable and creative Front of House & Social Media Coordinator to join our team.
This is a varied position combining high-quality patient care with social media and content creation. The successful candidate will play an important role in creating a welcoming experience for our patients while helping to strengthen and grow our online presence.
Key Responsibilities
Front of House
- Welcoming patients and providing a warm, professional first point of contact
- Checking patients in and ensuring they are comfortable throughout their visit
- Communicating confidently and professionally with patients
- Offering refreshments and ensuring patients receive a high standard of service
- Ensuring relevant consent forms and documentation are completed accurately
- Supporting the smooth and efficient running of the front of house area
- Maintaining a professional, welcoming and organised environment
Social Media & Content Creation
- Capturing high-quality photo and video content using a smartphone
- Creating engaging short-form content for Instagram, Facebook and other relevant platforms
- Editing videos in line with current social media trends
- Planning and producing regular social media content
- Publishing content across the practice’s social media channels
- Working closely with the wider team to create engaging content
- Encouraging and coordinating staff participation in social media content
- Identifying current trends and opportunities to increase engagement and visibility
- Bringing fresh and creative ideas to the practice’s social media strategy
About You
We are looking for someone who is:
- Professional, confident and approachable
- Naturally warm and personable with excellent communication skills
- Comfortable interacting with patients from a wide range of backgrounds
- Creative and enthusiastic about social media and content creation
- Confident using a smartphone to capture video and photography
- Comfortable editing short-form video content
- Familiar with Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and current social media trends
- Proactive and able to take initiative
- Organised, reliable and able to manage competing priorities
- Confident working collaboratively with colleagues
- Comfortable encouraging others to participate in content
- Committed to delivering an excellent patient experience
Experience
Previous experience in front of house, reception, customer service, social media or content creation would be advantageous.
However, we are particularly interested in candidates who demonstrate the right combination of professionalism, personality, creativity and confidence.
Hours & Salary
£13.38 per hour
18–40 hours per week
