Role Overview:
As a Client Accounts Assistant, reporting to the Accounts Manager, you will complete day to day tasks to ensure all reservations are processed in line with company policy, ensuring customer and supplier payments are reconciled and deadlines are met, as well as providing excellent service resolving both internal and external queries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage customer and supplier queries via email and phone.
- Perform general daily administrative duties and reporting tasks.
- Coordinate with international suppliers and our in-house reservations team to confirm bookings and reconcile them in our internal system..
- Track, chase, and reconcile payments from guests and suppliers, ensuring accuracy of rates and adherence to deadlines.
- Process payments and refunds via our online system and over the phone.
- Provide feedback to support continuous improvement of team performance and processes.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Excellent attention to detail and confidence with numbers.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A professional, empathetic, and customer-focused approach.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
- A collaborative mindset and a proactive, problem-solving attitude.
- Fluent in English.
