Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Protection Advisor to join our team and play a vital role in safeguarding our clients’ financial futures. As a Protection Advisor, you will be the primary point of contact for customers seeking advice on insurance products and protection solutions. Your energetic approach will help you build strong relationships, understand client needs thoroughly, and deliver tailored recommendations that empower clients to make confident decisions. Duties
- Engage with clients via various channels, to identify their protection needs and provide expert guidance on suitable insurance products
- Conduct detailed analysis of client circumstances to recommend personalised protection solutions that align with their financial goals
- Negotiate terms and coverage options with clients, ensuring clarity and transparency throughout the process
- Manage sales administration tasks efficiently, including documentation, policy processing, and follow-up communications
- Utilise marketing strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones, enhancing overall customer engagement
- Communicate complex insurance concepts clearly in English to ensure clients fully understand their options
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries promptly, resolving concerns effectively, and maintaining ongoing client relationships
Experience
- Proven experience in insurance sales or protection advisory roles with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Demonstrated negotiation skills with the ability to influence and close sales confidently
- Strong analysis skills to assess client needs accurately and recommend appropriate solutions
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain technical information clearly
- Fully CeMAP Qualified
- The proven ability to engage with clients at all success levels.
