Primary Teacher - Guaranteed Pay Scheme
Location: Lincoln, Lincolnshire
Start Date: September 2026
Contract: Flexible, day-to-day, short-term and long-term roles.
Salary: £125-£145 per day, pro-rata (depending on experience, role and/or qualifications)

Heart of Supply is recruiting Primary Teachers across EYFS, KS1 and KS2 to join our Guaranteed Pay Scheme in Lincoln and the surrounding areas.
Our Guaranteed Pay Scheme is designed for reliable, flexible teachers who want the variety and work-life balance of supply teaching, with the reassurance of guaranteed pay on agreed available days, subject to the terms of the scheme.
You'll work across a range of local primary schools, covering planned and unplanned absence and supporting pupils across the primary age phase.

What you will need:
- QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) and recent experience in a UK primary setting
- A nurturing, flexible teaching approach with the ability to connect quickly with pupils across EYFS, KS1 or KS2
- Confident classroom presence with strong behaviour management rooted in positive reinforcement
- The ability to follow pre-set work while bringing your own creativity and energy to the classroom
- Clear communication, a proactive attitude, and the ability to build rapport with pupils and staff alike
- A minimum of 6 weeks’ teaching experience in the UK
