Our operations include a 24-hour warehouse shift and a dynamic workforce of almost 60 staff members, including apprentices, dedicated to excellence and growth.
As our business continues to grow, we're looking for a Sales Office Coordinator to play a key role in supporting our sales team and ensuring our customers receive a first-class experience.
What You'll Be Doing
- Supporting our busy sales team with day-to-day coordination.
- Processing customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Building positive relationships with customers and responding to enquiries.
- Preparing quotations, reports, and sales documentation.
- Coordinating deliveries and ensuring customers are kept informed.
- Maintaining accurate customer records and databases.
- Working closely with other departments to ensure an exceptional customer experience.
