Role Overview & Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Picking and packing both UK and international customer orders.
- Supporting the Hire Department with the preparation and movement of equipment.
- Driving a 3.5-tonne vehicle and occasionally towing a small trailer.
- Assisting with general warehouse and operational duties as required.
- Supporting the wider team with additional day-to-day tasks when needed.
- Carrying out basic servicing and maintenance tasks, such as oil changes and filter replacements.
Candidate Profile:
You are looking for a flexible, reliable, and hands-on individual who is happy to support across different areas of the business when required. The ideal candidate will have a proactive attitude and be comfortable taking on a variety of responsibilities within a small team environment.
An interest in motors, vehicles, machinery, or general mechanical work would be highly beneficial. Someone who enjoys working on mechanical projects in their own time or has basic maintenance knowledge would be a particularly good fit for the role.
Team Structure:
The successful candidate will join a close-knit team of five people.
Pay: £12.71 per hour
