Job description
We are looking to hire a support worker to help a lady in the North Shields area.
Duties include helping assisting with getting out of bed, accessing the toilet and shower, as well as assisting with her ankle brace and clothes. You will also be required to make breakfast, do some housework and assist with helping her access the local community for appointments and shopping.
Hours are 16 hours per week, including weekends.
Applicants must be reliable, caring and motivated and have access to a car as the lady has a manual wheelchair.
Successful applicants are required to provide an enhanced DBS disclosure, expenses for which will be met by the employer.
