What you will be doing
We are looking for an experienced paralegal to join our Serious Injury Team in our Manchester office. You will be supporting legal practitioners with a varied caseload of complex and high-value claims involving catastrophic and life-changing injuries.
In this role, every day will be a unique and exciting challenge that will include
- Assisting with the management of serious injury claims.
- Liaising with clients, medical experts, counsel and third parties.
- Reviewing medical records, evidence and case documentation.
- Supporting case preparation for settlement negotiations and litigation.
What you will need
- At least one year’s experience working as a paralegal.
- Experience within Serious Injury (preferred), but we would consider candidates with strong personal injury litigation experience from a similar claimant or defendant background.
- Excellent communication and client care skills.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
