We are an established family-run Christmas tree farm in Bonvilston, Cardiff, and we're looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our team for the busy festive season! This is a fantastic opportunity for anyone who loves working outdoors and doesn’t mind getting their hands dirty!
Position: Temporary Farm Worker
Duration: 4-5 weeks (with potential for annual repeat employment)
Hours: Full-time and Part-time positions available (up to 8 hours per day)
Pay: £12 to £17 per hour (depending on experience)
About the Role:
- Assist with the day-to-day operations at our beautiful Christmas tree farm.
- Work outdoors in a friendly and festive environment.
- Be involved in manual work, so physical fitness and a love for hands-on tasks are essential.
- Chainsaw work may be required; those with relevant tickets/certifications are preferred, but it is not essential.
- Immediate starts and trials are available for the right candidates!
Who We’re Looking For:
- Individuals who enjoy working outside in all weather conditions.
- Physically fit and comfortable with manual labor.
- Ideally, some experience or tickets for using a chainsaw, but not essential.
- Open to all: students, agricultural workers, and those with less experience are welcome!
- Team players with a positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
