Job Overview:
We are seeking a honest and experienced chef to join our team at our small family run coffee shop and cafe. . The ideal candidate will have a passion for cooking. Experience is essential. Passion for learning is important.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare ingredients and cook dishes according to cafe recipes
- Ensure food safety standards are met throughout the cooking process
- Assist in creating new dishes and menu items
- Keep the kitchen area clean and organized
Experience:
- Previous experience as a Line Cook or in a similar role is essential.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with various cooking methods and kitchen equipment
Holiday cover is also needed so could be extra hours from time to time.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: £13.50 per hour
Expected hours: 7.0 – 24.0 per week
