Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team on a temporary basis.
This role is offered on an initial 6-month fixed-term contract, the role is expected to continue beyond the initial term and may be extended for a total duration of 12–18 months or longer, subject to business needs.
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and resolving inquiries to ensure customer satisfaction.
Duties:
· Sales order processing on to SAP ByD system
· Dealing with customer queries/enquiries/requests
· Maintaining and updating customer databases
· Sending and maintaining sample requests for sales team and customers
· Liaising with procurement department regarding stock and deliveries
· Invoicing and credits when necessary
· Back order management
· Management of returns
· Process management
· Administration of prescription accounts where required.

o Experience of implementing/ using EDI solutions for order processing would be beneficial, but is not essential
o Experience of using a CRM system.
o Experience in the PPE field
o Experience in the optical sector, either sales or manufacturing would be beneficial, but not essential
