You will be working in the Cementation OU in where we are a trusted leader in piling and ground engineering. Our breadth of expertise spans every aspect of geotechnical engineering – from micro-piling to diaphragm walls – enabling us to deliver innovative solutions for the most complex challenges.
We are currently looking for a Quantity Surveyor who will play a significant role in providing support, advice and administering all commercial and contract duties to support delivery within our internationally recognised piling and ground engineering operating unit, Cementation Skanska.
The opportunities are nationwide based out of our three core locations of Doncaster, Leavesden and central London.
As the Quantity Surveyor, you will:

Minimise project costs and support profitability.

Maintain site measurements, records, and returns.

Assist procurement and subcontract tendering.

Support tender analysis and preparation of documents.

Measure and quantify works for cost validation.

Complete interim and final account valuations.

Support general commercial activities.
We are looking for:

BSc or HND in Quantity Surveying or other equivalent construction related subject

Strong communication and attention to detail
-
Experience with various forms of contract (as a minimum NEC)

CSCS card
-
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook
