The Role
As a community based Care Worker, you will travel between clients' homes, delivering person centred care that is tailored to each individual.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing personal care, including washing, dressing, and hygiene support
- Administering and prompting medication
- Assisting with meal preparation and ensuring good nutrition
- Providing valuable companionship and emotional support
- Assisting with light household tasks as needed
- Encouraging independence and community involvement
What We Are Looking For
- Full UK driving licence and access to a reliable vehicle
- The ability to travel independently between clients' homes
- A truly caring, compassionate, and professional approach
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A flexible and reliable nature
