Chef De Partie -
We are seeking talented and passionate chefs to join our team at TopCut, Glasgow's newest steak restaurant. This is an exciting opportunity for chefs who thrive in a fast paced environment and take pride in delivering fresh, high quality dishes.
At TopCut we're all about quality cuts, bold flavours, and a buzzing dining experience. Our menu is short and will be focused on providing affordable cuts along with some bespoke specials.
Ideally candidates will have experience in high volume, fresh food kitchens and have the ability to work well under pressure and as part of a team. You will be required to prepare, cook, and present dishes. Working closely with the Head Chef and Sous Chef to help develop specials, maintain a clean and organised working environment while ensuring all food hygiene, allergen, and health and safety standards are adhered to.

Rates are a combination of an hourly rate plus a predicted tronc value.
