We are looking for a maintenance operative willing to work as part of a team to carry out maintenance work around a large business park.
The successful candidate will be flexible and experienced to carry out a variety of property maintenance work, gardening and janitorial duties. A fork lift truck licence would be an advantage but training could be given.

Pay: £27,000.00-£29,000.00 per year
