Care Assistant — Southampton
We are looking for someone who treats a home visit as more than a checklist to join a highly caring client within the Domiciliary sector in Swindon. You'll help clients with washing, dressing, meals and medication prompts. Some days it's practical support. Other days it's just sitting and listening.
Confidence with people matters more than a CV full of certificates.
Local travel between visits, flexible shifts, and a team that actually checks in on you.
