Duties

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including glassware, tools, and supplies, adhering to food safety standards at all times.
- Monitor guest consumption responsibly, ensuring compliance with legal drinking age regulations and promoting responsible serving practices.
- Manage bar inventory by tracking stock levels, restocking supplies, and communicating needs to management proactively.
- Handle cash transactions efficiently using POS systems, giving accurate change and processing payments securely.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy hours while managing time effectively to serve guests promptly.
Qualifications
- Previous experience working in a restaurant or hospitality setting is highly preferred; enthusiasm for learning is essential.
- Knowledge of food safety protocols and responsible serving practices is required to ensure guest safety.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to connect positively with diverse customers.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately.
