We are seeking a versatile and proactive Multi Skilled Operative to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of construction tasks including carpentry, roofing, masonry, and painting to support project requirements.
- Conduct plumbing installations, repairs, and maintenance to ensure proper function of water systems.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively to carry out fabrication, welding, electrical work, and general building tasks.
- Assist with fabricating custom components or structures as needed for specific projects.
- Support site safety protocols by maintaining a clean work environment and adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues and deliver quality workmanship on time.
- Assist in the installation, repair, or replacement of electrical systems when required.
Requirements
- Proven experience in multiple trades including carpentry, building
- Proficiency in using hand tools such as hammers, screwdrivers, chisels, and measuring devices.
- Experience operating power tools like drills, saws, grinders, and fabricators.
- Knowledge of construction painting techniques and materials.
- Ability to read technical drawings or blueprints is advantageous but not essential.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a flexible approach to varied tasks.
- Relevant certifications or training in construction trades are preferred but not mandatory; willingness to learn is essential.
