Job Title: Live-In Care Worker
Location: Cambridgeshire
Pay: From £800 per week, increasing depending on the complexity of the clients.
Flexible work pattern.
Duties:
- Assist with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing and toileting.
- Assist with meal preparation and feeding.
- Administer medications.
- Monitor and report any changes in clients' health or behaviour.
- Assist with light housekeeping tasks, such as laundry and tidying up.
- Accompany clients to appointments and outings.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
- Follow care plans and instructions provided by healthcare professionals.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a care worker giver or in a related role is preferred.
- Compassionate and patient nature.
- Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable transportation to travel to clients' homes.
About you: You might already be working as a live-in carer, or you might have professional experience as a support worker, care assistant in a residential or domiciliary care setting, or you might be a HCA working with the NHS. If you share our passion for quality care, we’d love to hear from you.
