1. ROLE STATEMENT
EnerQuip is seeking a reliable and organised Stores Person to support with all Store functions within our Aberdeen facility.
The successful candidate will be responsible for receiving, storing, controlling, and dispatching equipment, tools, and materials used for all EnerQuip operations.
The role requires strong attention to detail, good communication skills, and the ability to work safely in a fast-paced environment.

2. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Receive incoming deliveries and inspect goods for accuracy and damage
Book stock and materials into the company ERP inventory system
Pick, pack, and prepare equipment and materials for dispatch
Maintain accurate stock records and documentation
Carry out stock cycle counts and record the results
Ensure the stores and warehouse areas are clean, organised, and safe
Assist with loading and unloading deliveries
Issue tools, consumables, and spare parts to workshop personnel
Identify low stock levels and report to procurement / material controller
Operate forklifts and lifting equipment safely where authorised
Follow all company Health & Safety procedures and PPE requirements

Essential
Previous experience in a stores, warehouse role
Good organisational and time-management skills
Experience using ERP or warehouse management systems
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Good communication skills
Strong attention to detail
Ability to perform manual handling tasks safely
Desirable
Forklift Truck (FLT) licence
