Reds Housing Ltd is a supported accommodation provider with a portfolio of properties in the Birmingham area. We are focused and dedicated in providing temporary accommodation for the homeless.
We are actively seeking an experienced Maintenance Handyman to carry out basic maintenance duties on behalf of residents. If you have previous experience working in a Council setting or have worked in a similar position within the Housing Sector this will be advantageous
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensuring Fixtures and Fittings are in good working order
- Hanging Fire Doors/repairing damaged door frames/replacing locks
- Basic carpentry
- Basic electrics/ changing fuses
- Basic plumbing
- Replacing Windows
- Painting and decorating
- Maintaining property exterior through different seasons
- All General Building knowledge required as every day is a new challenge
This is a full-time permanent position: Monday to Friday.
MUST HAVE OWN VAN AND TOOLS.

Pay: £30,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
