You’ll begin each morning from our depot, loading your vehicle before heading out on a dedicated delivery route in one of our brand-new company vans. We provide everything you need to succeed—including your van, fuel card, uniform and full training—so you can focus on delivering exceptional customer service.

Your Day
Every day is well organised and fully planned to help you succeed.
Your role will include:
- Early morning depot start
- Loading your own vehicle before departure
- Following a dedicated delivery route
- Delivering parcels safely and efficiently to residential and business customers
- Using the latest handheld technology for navigation and proof of delivery
- Providing excellent customer service throughout the day
- Carrying out daily vehicle safety checks
- Representing SynergyX Logistics professionally
Who We’re Looking For
We’re looking for reliable, positive people who take pride in delivering excellent service.
You’ll ideally have:
- Full UK Manual Driving Licence
- Maximum of 6 penalty points
- The right to work in the UK
- A positive, customer-focused attitude
- Excellent time management skills
- Confidence working independently
- A willingness to work early morning starts
Previous multi-drop delivery experience is advantageous but not essential, as full training will be provided.
