We are now looking for energetic, reliable, and hardworking team members to join our Bournemouth store in a hybrid front-of-house and kitchen role.
This is not just a till job or just a kitchen job — we’re looking for versatile all-rounders who enjoy working in a busy, team-focused environment and want to develop real hospitality skills.

Crew Member / Kitchen Team Member (Front of House & Food Prep)

£12.71 – £14.00 per hour
(depending on experience, responsibilities, and role level)
What You’ll Be Doing Front of House / Customer Service
- Taking customer orders using tills and POS systems
- Delivering fast, friendly, and professional customer service
- Handling cash and card payments
- Supporting delivery platform operations
- Maintaining excellent store presentation and cleanliness
Kitchen & Food Preparation
- Preparing fresh ingredients and food items
- Working on grill and fryer stations
- Assembling wraps, gyros, salads, and bowls to brand standards
- Following food hygiene and food safety procedures
- Supporting the kitchen team during busy services

Experience
