We are seeking a talented and passionate Breakfast/Brunch Chef to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of breakfast and brunch dishes, ensuring high standards of food quality, presentation, and safety. Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook a diverse range of breakfast and brunch dishes according to recipes and presentation standards
- Ensure all food is prepared fresh, efficiently, and in accordance with health and safety regulations
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen area throughout the shift
- Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory management to ensure ingredients are available for service
- Collaborate with team members to deliver excellent customer service and optimise kitchen operations
- Adhere to food safety standards, including proper handling, storage, and sanitation procedures
- Assist in developing new menu items or specials to enhance the dining experience
Qualifications
- Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, or as a chef within a restaurant or hospitality setting
- Strong knowledge of culinary techniques specific to breakfast and brunch cuisine
- Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices in a professional kitchen
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to work efficiently under pressure
- Experience in meal preparation, serving, and maintaining high standards of hygiene
- Previous kitchen experience in a fast-paced environment is desirable but not essential
- A passion for creating delicious dishes and providing exceptional guest experiences
Pay: £13.00-£14.00 per hour
