Requirements
- Strong customer service experience and delivery
- IT Skills - including Excel and Sage
- High level of effective communications - emails, telephone & face to face
- Experienced and confident with data entry
- Multi-tasking and effective prioritisation of workloads
- Working within a fast paced team environment
- Attention to detail and data accuracy
- Clear written word and good basic mathematics
