Duties
- Supervise daily restaurant activities, ensuring smooth service flow and operational efficiency
- Lead and motivate staff across all departments, including serving, food preparation, and bar services
- Maintain strict adherence to food safety standards and food production procedures
- Oversee kitchen operations, including cooking, food presentation, and ensuring quality control
- Manage team schedules, training programs, and performance evaluations to foster growth and excellence
- Ensure excellent customer service by addressing guest needs promptly and professionally
- Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and control costs to optimize profitability
Requirements
- Proven supervising experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting with strong team management skills
- Extensive restaurant experience with hands-on culinary knowledge and food preparation skills
- Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices in food production and handling
- Experience in hospitality environments such as hotels or bars is highly desirable
- Demonstrated leadership abilities with excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
- Knowledge of kitchen operations, cooking techniques, and barista experience is a plus
