We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Night Porter to ensure the safety, security, and smooth operation of our hospitality facility during overnight hours. Duties
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing friendly and efficient check in and check out assistance
- Monitor security cameras and conduct regular patrols of the premises to ensure safety and security
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries, requests, or concerns with a positive attitude and effective communication
- Manage incoming phone calls with professional phone etiquette, directing calls appropriately
- Handle administrative tasks such as logging incidents, maintaining security records, and updating guest information
- Assist with late-night housekeeping or maintenance requests to uphold high standards of cleanliness and functionality
- Coordinate with emergency services if needed, ensuring swift response to any incidents or emergencies
Qualifications
- Proven experience in hotel operations or hospitality roles, preferably with night shift responsibilities
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities to communicate effectively with diverse guests and team members
- Strong guest service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Knowledge of security procedures and CCTV surveillance is a plus
- Previous experience in a hotel or similar hospitality environment is desirable
- Ability to stay alert, attentive, and professional during overnight hours
