Overview
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective social media strategies that enhance our brand presence and engage our audience. You will work closely with various departments to ensure that our social media content aligns with our overall marketing objectives and public relations efforts.
Duties
- Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across various platforms including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
- Create engaging content tailored to each platform to increase brand awareness and audience engagement.
- Monitor social media channels for trends, feedback, and customer inquiries, responding promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with colleagues to align messaging and campaigns across all communication channels.
- Analyse performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of social media campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices, trends, and technologies to ensure our strategies remain relevant.
- Assist in the creation of reports detailing social media performance and insights for stakeholders.
Skills
- Proven experience in social media management and public relations is essential.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with an eye for detail.
- Proficiency in using social media management tools and analytics platforms.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also being self-motivated.
