The Role
As an Electrical Tester, you will play a key role in ensuring our clients' electrical systems are safe, compliant, and operating effectively.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Carrying out Electrical Installation Condition Reports (EICRs) across commercial properties
- Inspecting and testing electrical installations in accordance with current regulations
- Identifying faults, defects, and areas requiring remedial works
- Producing accurate certification and reports
- Supporting reactive maintenance works when required
- Working across a variety of customer sites, including pubs, schools, retail outlets, and commercial premises
- Liaising professionally with colleagues to provide practical solutions
This is a varied role that offers independence, responsibility, and the opportunity to work across a diverse range of sites and projects.
Qualifications & Experience
Desirable:
- Level 3 Electrical Qualification (or equivalent)
- 18th Edition
- Inspection & Testing Qualification
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Previous experience carrying out EICRs within commercial environments
- Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
- Experience producing certification and compliance documentation
