You’ll be:
- Running a section
- Prepping fresh food daily
- Cooking at pace when it gets busy
You’ll need:
- Chef experience (CDP or strong Commis)
- Good knife skills
- Knowledge of food hygiene & kitchen compliance
- Ability to handle pressure

- £13.00 - £13.50per hour (depending on experience) average 30 hours per week over 3.5 days (Thursday, Friday, Saturday & Sunday in Summer, & Friday-Sunday in Winter)
- Monday – Thursday day off (unless a private event is booked)
