Assistant Manager
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Assistant Manager to join our busy restaurant team.
The successful candidate will have previous management or supervisory experience within the hospitality industry and be confident leading a team in a fast-paced environment. You'll play a key role in the day-to-day running of the restaurant, ensuring excellent customer service, supporting the management team, and helping to drive high operational standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Supporting the Restaurant Manager with the daily operation of the business.
- Leading, motivating, and developing the front-of-house team.
- Delivering outstanding customer service and resolving customer queries professionally.
- Managing shifts, ensuring smooth service and efficient team performance.
- Assisting with staff training, recruitment, and rotas.
- Monitoring stock levels and maintaining high standards of cleanliness, health & safety, and compliance.

- Previous experience in a management or supervisory role within hospitality.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- The ability to work well under pressure in a busy restaurant.
- A hands-on approach with a positive attitude.
- Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and bank holidays as required.
