The Writtle Surgery is a well-established village practice at the heart of Writtle, providing high-quality healthcare to our patients in a friendly and supportive environment. We are seeking a Receptionist to join our dedicated team for three mornings per week.
Duties will include:
- Greeting patients and visitors
- Answering telephone calls and helping with enquiries
- Booking and managing appointments
- Processing patient information accurately and confidentially
- Supporting clinicians and colleagues with administrative tasks
To be considered for this position, you will have the following;
- Friendly, approachable and empathetic
- Excellent communicator
- Organised and able to manage competing priorities
- Comfortable using computer systems
- Team player with a positive and flexible attitude
Additional Information:
- Full training will be provided for the successful candidate.
