Job Summary The Real Pizza Company is seeking a Digital Marketing Analyst to support the company’s digital marketing analysis, customer insight and business performance reporting activities.
Reporting directly to the Directors, the successful candidate will be responsible for analysing digital marketing performance, customer engagement trends, online ordering data and market activity to support business growth and improve digital performance across takeaway and delivery operations.
The role focuses on digital analytics, market research, commercial reporting and customer behaviour analysis to support data-driven marketing strategies, improve online visibility and increase customer acquisition and retention.
Key Responsibilities
* Analyse digital marketing performance across social media platforms, search engines, online advertising campaigns and food delivery platforms to identify trends and areas for improvement.
* Analyse website traffic, customer engagement, online ordering activity and conversion performance using digital analytics and reporting tools.
* Conduct market research and competitor analysis within the takeaway and food delivery sector to identify customer trends, market developments and commercial opportunities.
* Produce regular analytical reports, marketing performance summaries and commercial insights for the Directors to support strategic business decisions.
* Evaluate the effectiveness and return on investment (ROI) of digital campaigns, promotional activity and customer acquisition initiatives.
* Analyse customer purchasing behaviour, online engagement trends and sales performance data to support customer retention and revenue growth strategies.
* Monitor SEO, PPC and social media performance metrics and provide recommendations to improve online visibility, customer reach and digital engagement. * Identify opportunities to improve digital performance, customer engagement and online sales through data analysis and performance reporting.
* Support the development of digital marketing strategies and promotional planning using analytical data, customer insights and market research findings.
* Maintain digital reporting systems, analytics platforms and marketing data records to ensure accurate tracking of campaign and business performance.
* Monitor customer feedback, online reviews and digital engagement trends to support brand development and customer satisfaction initiatives.
* Work directly with the Directors regarding marketing analysis, reporting, customer insights and digital growth opportunities. Skills and Experience
* Strong analytical, research and problem-solving skills.
* Experience using digital analytics and reporting platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, Excel, Power BI or similar analytical tools.
* Good understanding of digital marketing performance metrics, online customer behaviour and digital engagement analysis.
* Ability to interpret data, identify trends and prepare analytical reports and recommendations.
* Good communication, organisational and reporting skills.
* Ability to work independently and manage analytical reporting responsibilities directly with senior management. Qualification Requirements
* Degree or equivalent qualification in Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Information Technology, Computer Science, Marketing Analytics or a related field.
* Previous experience in digital analytics, business research, market analysis, performance reporting or digital marketing analysis preferred.
Pay: £42,000.00 per year
