Part-Time Driver & Handyman
We are looking for a reliable, hardworking, and animal-loving individual to join our friendly team as a Part-Time Driver & Handyman at our busy boarding kennels.
This is a varied role that combines driving responsibilities with general maintenance and upkeep of our kennel facilities. No two days are the same, making it ideal for someone who enjoys a hands-on job and working both independently and as part of a team.
- Collecting dogs and other pets safely from owners.
- Delivering animals to their new homes or to customers who are relocating.
- Ensuring animals are transported safely, comfortably, and with the highest standard of care.
- Maintaining cleanliness and roadworthiness of the company vehicle.
- Providing excellent customer service during collections and deliveries.
Handyman & Kennel Maintenance Duties
- Grass cutting and maintaining outdoor areas.
- General tidying and keeping the premises clean and presentable.
- Carrying out basic repairs and routine maintenance.
- Assisting with the day-to-day upkeep of our busy boarding kennels.
- Supporting the team with other practical tasks as required.
About You
- Full UK driving licence with a clean driving record.
- Comfortable driving long distances when required.
- Practical DIY and maintenance skills.
- Physically fit and capable of manual work.
- Reliable, trustworthy, and able to work independently.
- Friendly, professional, and confident dealing with customers.
- A genuine love of animals and commitment to their welfare.
Pay: £13.50-£23.00 per hour
