What You’ll Do
As a Community Safety Officer, you will:
- Be a visible, trusted presence within the local community.
- Build relationships with residents and local stakeholders to tackle anti-social behaviour and safety concerns.
- Respond to incidents when required and liaise with police or other partners.
- Gather community intelligence and provide reassurance to members of the public.
- Support the community through engagement, empathy, and problem-solving.
About You
- A confident communicator with a genuine interest in public service.
- Reliable, proactive, and professional in your conduct.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Calm under pressure and committed to keeping communities safe.
Requirements
- Valid SIA Frontline License
- First Aid Certification
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a security-related role (preferred)
Desirable
- Full UK Driving License
- First Aid Certification
