Yaffle Care is looking for caring, resilient people to join our team supporting children and young people with social, emotional and mental health (SEMH) needs.
You don't need previous care experience. If you're compassionate, reliable and willing to learn, we'll give you the training and support you need to build a rewarding career in residential childcare.
What you'll do
You'll help create a safe, nurturing home where young people can feel secure, build confidence and develop the skills they need for the future.
Your role will include:
- Building positive, trusting relationships.
- Supporting daily routines, education and activities.
- Helping young people develop independence and life skills.
- Supporting young people to manage their emotions.
- Responding calmly and safely to challenging situations.
- Working as part of a supportive team.
What we're looking for
You don't need experience in care. We're looking for someone who is:

- A good communicator and team player.
- Willing to learn and develop.
- Flexible to work evenings, weekends and bank holidays.
