Job Summary
We’re looking for a reliable and hands-on Welder / Fabricator to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with metal, takes pride in doing quality work, and wants to be part of a solid team. In this role, you’ll be welding, fabricating, and putting together metal parts and components, making sure everything is built safely and to a high standard.
You’ll be working from drawings and job instructions, using a range of tools and equipment, and helping keep the workshop running smoothly. We’re after someone who shows up, gets stuck in, pays attention to detail, and cares about the work they produce. Key Responsibilities
- Perform MIG / TIG welding on A range of materials
- Read and interpret fabrication drawings and welding symbols
- Fabricate and assemble metal parts and structures
- Measure, cut, grind, and prepare materials for welding
- Inspect completed welds to ensure quality and accuracy
- Maintain welding equipment and a clean work area
- Follow all workplace health and safety procedures
Requirements
- Proven experience as a TIG welder or fabricator
- Ability to read technical drawings
- Good attention to detail and quality standards
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable and punctual
- 3 years experience
Desirable (Not Essential)
- Experience working with aluminum

- Full-time hours (40 hours per week basic)
- Mon- Thur 8.00am till 5.15pm Fri 8.00am till 1pm
