Sales Coordinator
Salary: Depending on experience (Minimum £30,000)

The Role
Technical Fixings Solutions Ltd is looking for a motivated and organised Sales Coordinator to join our growing team.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys providing outstanding customer service, building strong relationships and working in a fast paced environment.
Working alongside our experienced sales team, you'll play a key role in supporting customers, preparing quotations and ensuring orders are processed accurately from enquiry through to delivery.
Your duties will include:
· Handling customer enquiries by telephone and email.
· Producing quotations and processing customer orders.
· Liaising with customers regarding deliveries, lead times and product availability.
· Working closely with our purchasing, warehouse and transport teams to ensure excellent customer service.
· Assisting the external sales team with administrative support.
· Providing a professional, friendly and efficient service at all times.
What We're Looking For
· Excellent communication and organisational skills.
· Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
· Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Sage.
· Previous sales or customer service experience is desirable.
· Experience within the construction, builders' merchant or fixings industry would be an advantage, however full product training will be provided.
· Own transport and living within approximately 20 miles of ME17.
Working Hours
Monday to Thursday: 8:00am to 5:00pm
Friday: 8:00am to 4:30pm
