Kelly Group is seeking experienced Test, Rod & Rope Operatives to join our Openreach contract and play a key role in delivering the UK's growing fibre network.
What You'll Be Doing
- Installing underground copper and fibre cabling.
- Installing Blown Fibre Tubing (BFT) and blowing fibre.
- Connecting residential and business customers to the network.
- Working safely within underground networks and at height when required.
- Delivering high-quality work while achieving performance targets.
What You'll Need
- Full UK manual driving licence held for a minimum of 12 months (maximum 6 points).
- Previous telecoms experience.
- Experience using mechanical civils equipment.
- Strong focus on Health & Safety and risk awareness.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Comfortable working at height and underground when required.
