We are a well-established organisation delivering engineering and property maintenance services across London and the Home Counties. We work with a range of commercial, industrial and residential clients, providing installation, servicing and maintenance of mechanical and plumbing systems.
Responsibilities:
Install, service and repair booster sets, pressurisation units, heating pumps, sewage pumps and sump pumps.
Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPMs), reactive repairs and fault finding.
Complete pump surveys, installations and motor replacements.
Undertake general plumbing repairs and pipework modifications.
Work alongside electrical engineers on installations and repairs.
Travel across London and the Home Counties carrying out field-based work.
Complete job reports using a PDA and manage van stock.
Participate in the on-call rota.
Essential Qualifications / Experience:
Mechanical and/or Electrical qualification.
Previous experience servicing pumps and pressure vessels.
Strong knowledge of booster sets, pressurisation units, heating pumps, sewage pumps and sump pumps.
Good plumbing knowledge.
Full UK Driving Licence.
Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Basic salary £43,426.50p
