We're working with a well-established accountancy practice in Cardiff that is looking to recruit an Accountant as part of its continued growth. This is an excellent opportunity to join a firm that values its people, offers plenty of variety, and provides genuine long-term career development.
The Role
Responsibilities will include:
- Preparing and reviewing year-end statutory accounts for a varied portfolio of clients
- Preparing corporation tax returns, VAT returns, and management accounts
- Supporting clients with day-to-day accounting and business queries
- Reviewing work completed by junior team members and providing guidance where required
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships
- Working closely with Managers and Partners on more complex assignments
- Identifying opportunities to improve processes and add value to clients
About You
We're keen to hear from candidates with previous experience working within a UK accountancy practice. ACA or ACCA qualified, part-qualified, or qualified by experience candidates will all be considered.
