Our children spend their days outdoors, not just an hour a week—learning through climbing, balancing, problem-solving, and real independence. Small group sizes mean we know every child deeply. We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Forest School Practitioner – Level 3 Qualified to join our team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work outdoors with children, fostering their development through experiential learning in natural environments.
The role You'll be part of a team that trusts children to take risks, make discoveries, and become capable, self-assured learners. Your day includes supervising outdoor play and problem-solving, supporting children through challenges, leading activities around campfires and tool use, building relationships with families, and contributing to observations and planning that truly reflect what children need.
About you You hold a Level 3 Early Years qualification. You're comfortable outdoors in all weathers—mud, rain, wind don't faze you. You understand that messy, risky play is where real learning happens. You're patient, observant, and genuinely interested in how children develop. You communicate clearly with parents and colleagues. Above all, you believe in what we're doing here.

Pay: £29,000.00-£31,200.00 per year
