Play Centre/Ice Cream Parlour Assistant Manager
Job description
MUST be flexible to suit all shifts given, weekends, bank holidays etc.
Assisting the Manager in the day to day operations of the Play Centre, Ice Cream Parlour and the take away business.
Co-ordinate with suppliers as needed.
Maintain and update records of daily revenue.
Ensure all areas of the café and customer areas are clean and tidy.
Ensure all areas of health and safety and hygiene requirements are adhered to.
Maintain all food preparations to enable customer orders are fulfilled.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team
Salary negotiable depending on experience.
