Experienced Powder Coating Operator
We are looking for an experienced Powder Coating Operator to join a well-established manufacturing company specialising in the production of high-quality Products.
This is a hands-on role and would suit someone with previous powder coating experience who is confident working within a busy manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out powder coating of metal components to a high-quality finish
- Prepare products and components prior to coating
- Ensure surfaces are correctly prepared and ready for the coating process
- Operate powder coating equipment safely and effectively
- Carry out visual quality checks on finished products
- Assist with preparation and packing of finished products when required
- Handle products carefully to prevent damage to finished surfaces
- Maintain a clean, safe and organised working area
- Follow company health & safety and production procedures
About You
- Previous powder coating experience is essential
- Confident carrying out powder coating to a good standard
- Good attention to detail and quality
- Comfortable working in a hands-on manufacturing environment
- Reliable with a good work ethic
- Able to assist with preparation, handling and packing duties as required
Working Hours
Monday to Thursday: 6:30am – 4:30pm
Friday: 6:30am – 3:30pm

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £13.00-£14.50 per hour
