Duties
- Greet guests warmly with genuine enthusiasm, setting a positive tone for their dining experience
- Take accurate food and beverage orders, ensuring all special requests are noted and communicated clearly to the kitchen and bar staff
- Serve food and drinks promptly, maintaining high standards of presentation and quality
- Check in with guests regularly to ensure satisfaction, address any concerns, and provide personalized recommendations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables, service stations, and dining areas throughout your shift
- Collaborate seamlessly with kitchen and bar teams to deliver smooth service flow during busy hours
- Process payments efficiently using POS systems, handling cash or card transactions securely
Requirements
- Previous experience in a customer service or food service role is preferred but not required; enthusiasm is key!
- Excellent communication skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tables and tasks simultaneously
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate loads when serving or clearing tables
